We know how crucial it is that your avatars hit the nail on the head. Over in the 'Train avatar' section, we’ve rolled out a brand-new threshold setting.
This gives you the steering wheel to control exactly how strict the retrieval process is when matching user questions to your knowledge banks. Need it to be incredibly precise? Dial it up. Want it to be a bit more flexible? You make the call.
Oh, and we didn't stop there. We’ve also done some heavy lifting behind the scenes to upgrade our matching algorithms, meaning user questions map onto your content better than ever before. Less guessing, more knowing.
💬 Say goodbye to awkward silences
Ever asked an AI to do something and wondered if it actually heard you? Yeah, we hate that too.
Over in 'Integrations', we’ve introduced a relay message field. You can now define a custom message that your avatar will speak (and display) the exact moment a function call is triggered, right before the actual response comes back.
Whether it’s a friendly "Let me look that up for you..." or a snappy "Okay, sending your email now...", this instant feedback loop keeps your users in the loop and makes the whole experience feel seamlessly human.

We’ve made some delightful little tweaks to the widget to make chatting even smoother.
First up: Live Transcription. When using TTS (Text-to-Speech), you’ll now see a real-time transcript of what you're saying populating directly within the input field as you speak. No more second-guessing if the mic picked you up correctly!
We also decided to inject a little extra fun into the mix. If you ever decide you don’t want the avatar face front-and-center, we’ve added a slick selection of additional visualisations for you to choose from instead. It’s your widget—style it exactly how you want it.
