We looked at how real teams use avatars in production: demos that run all day, support flows, qualification funnels, onboarding sequences, and high-intent landing pages. What those patterns all have in common is this: you do not want to be second-guessing every conversation.
So instead of nudging prices up, we decided to do the opposite. We stayed aggressive on pricing and massively increased the minutes you get on every plan.
